Reverse Osmosis

Reverse Osmosisis a filtration process that is often used for water. It works by using pressure to force feedwater through a membrane, retaining the unwanted particles on one side and allowing the pure water to pass to the other side. This is the reverse of the normal osmosis process, which is the natural movement of solvent from an area of low solute concentration, through a membrane, to an area of high solute concentration when no external pressure is applied.
- Desalination refers to any of several processes that removes excess salt and other minerals from water. More generally, desalination may also refer to the removal of salts and minerals, as in seawater.

Desalination Automatic Systems have been designed to minimise the amount of manual operator input. The system once programmed will run to the requirements of the owner with minimal maintenance requirements.

- 700 wide x 670 deep x 1560 high
- Software allows the system to run on off peak power if required.
- Automatic cleaning of membranes.

Membranes:The membranes used by Desal systems are determined by the water quality test conducted, the RE4040-BE is the most commonly used membrane in the Desal Systems Desalination units for brackish water.
